    Auto-tag kitchen / master / bath from the reconstructed splat so tours ship with hotspot navigation.

  2. Native iOS capture app

    Guided phone capture with real-time "you're moving too fast" feedback — half the failed reconstructions are shot too quickly.

  3. Comparison mode for buyers

    A buyer viewing 3 tours side-by-side, dwelling on kitchens across all three at once.

  4. Referral + affiliate program

    Every agent who refers another gets a month free. Every tour URL has a light UTM footer.
